He has extensive experience in multiple product types from planned communities, resorts developments, hi-rise buildings, TOD’s, industrial parks, single family home subdivisions, condominium communities, active adult, mill conversions, life sciences, healthcare and senior living.
In total, he has been involved in over $5 billion in real estate development, transaction and investment deals throughout the US, Canada, South America and the Caribbean.
Mr. Kuliopulos is also the CFO of a home builder and is involved in all aspects of the business including bank financing, home pricing, design review, options and upgrades recommendations, bank requisitions, sales and marketing consulting, bi-monthly cost management, site contractor negotiations, cash flow management and sub-contractor pricing review and management. Mr. Kuliopulos is a founding member of Blue Ocean Real Estate Advisors. He was the past Partner and Founder of PrimeTime Communities, LLC, a full service consulting and sales and marketing company. Sharon was born and raised in the East Coast. She spent the early years of her career working in Paris France. She followed her dreams and moved to Paris where she directed Tennis Tournaments for the French Open at Roland Garros.

Coco Mandle is passionate for building creative and effective strategies. She oversees the marketing and advertising, as well as design and creates the selections and upgrade program for homeowner's interior finishes.
Prior to her working with Blue Ocean Real Estate Advisors, Coco worked for Twin Cities PBS as an event planner and for the Saint Paul Neighborhood Network, a media center, where she held a communications and social media position.
Coco attended The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. At the University of Minnesota, she was an active member in the Women in Business Club.
